RDÉE Canada

The Réseau de développement économique et d’employabilité (RDÉE Canada) commissioned TouriScope to develop a business plan for Canada’s French Heritage, Cultural and Tourism Corridor, a project that aimed to develop, showcase and promote French tourism in Canada. The business plan presented a definition of services and customer base and identified a distinctive value proposition leading to the development of an effective sales pitch.

Expérience Acadie

TouriScope continually supports Expérience Acadie in achieving its mission to promote Acadian tourism operators. In this context, TouriScope has carried out several mandates, among which:

  • Drafting of a three-year action plan;
  • Identification of marketable tourist packages;
  • Realization of satisfaction survey among the members;
  • Creation of Web content;
  • Performance monitoring;
  • Writing press releases;
  • Consulting and expertise.

SADC du Kamouraska

The Société d’aide au développement de la collectivité du Kamouraska has commissioned TouriScope to create a tourism package toolkit for tourism stakeholders in the Kamouraska RCM. The purpose was to introduce them to the steps they need to take to create and market tourism packages and provide them with practical advice on how to implement this strategy.

    City of Dieppe

    TouriScope is working with the City of Dieppe in the implementation of its new tourism strategy to help position the municipality adequately on the local tourist scene, structure its offer, increase its visibility and attract more visitors.

    Tourism Eastern Townships

    As part of its business intelligence strategy, the Eastern Townships regional touristic association called upon TouriScope to increase its knowledge of its target customer base. Summary fact sheets based on research data helped to identify the profile and travel behaviors of the main markets and to create product / market / customer matrices.

    Monument de la Reconnaissance au 21e siècle

    TouriScope completed a marketing plan for the Monument de la Reconnaissance au 21e siècle, a new interpretive center showcasing Acadian heritage at the Notre-Dame-de l’Assomption Cathedral in Moncton. This plan helped define effective marketing strategies to reach targeted clients, integrate all partners, help the interpretive center become one of New Brunswick’s key tourism attractions, and contributed to restoring the cathedral’s original vitality.

    Accelerated Market Readiness Program (AMR)

    Accelerated Market Readiness (AMR) is a business improvement program that offers individual tourism operators the ability to increase their standards of excellence, be more responsive to emerging tourism trends, and ultimately increase revenues.
    Camille Derelle Aubut is certified by Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) to deliver the AMR program.

    Old Church Cottages

    The owners of Old Church Cottages purchased an old church and turned it into a tourist accommodation. In order to achieve their goals, they reached out to TouriScope to build a business plan and a strategic plan. Both of these deliverables helped owners understand trends in the tourism industry, analyze customer needs and identify relevant partners.
