I hate routine, so consulting suits me perfectly, to constantly explore new paths. I take time, I analyze. I have good understanding and empathy. I can't stay put, I need to learn all the time. At TouriScope, I conduct research projects: benchmark, trend analysis, data analysis, but also recommendations, organizational development. I have recently developed an interest in positive team management - also called the employee experience.
Travelling fora year in Australia and Asia has been an integral part of my training. I became aware of the effects of tourism and developed the desire to bring my vision to it, to participate in improving its effects. Integrating sustainable values into projects is one of my priorities. In my job, I am passionate about helping tourism organizations go further. Creators, business owners who give everything to discover what is dear to them.
I show a real interest in my collaborators. I ask a lot of questions; I'm focused on the person I'm talking to. My humor, sometimes cynical, allows me to easily create relationships.
