CONTEXT

Camille Derelle Aubut is certified by the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) to carry out the Accelerated Market Readiness Program (AMRP). To date, she has supported more than 60 companies through this program, including Cape Breton Highlands National Park, the Shediac Lobster Festival, the New Brunswick Botanical Garden and many others.

APPROACH

The AMRP takes the form of personalized mentoring and is based on various stages, ranging from the diagnostic of the offer, identifying the stakes of operators to assessing their degree or their ability to become truly "market-ready". Market readiness is about maximizing the delivery of quality, competitive and cost-effective experiences to meet the needs of an increasingly diverse clientele.
