CONTEXT

Experience Acadie (Commission du Tourisme Acadien du Canada Atlantique)'s mission is to enhance the Acadian tourism operators of Atlantic Canada and to increase the competitiveness of the tourism destination. The covered territory is vast and operators have several hats to wear. To meet these challenges despite limited human resources, Experience Acadie turned to TouriScope.

APPROACH

To support the organization in its mission, TouriScope has carried out several mandates, including:

- Writing a three-year action plan
- Identifying marketable tourist packages
- Conducting satisfaction surveys with members
- Creating web content
- Tracking performance
- Writing press releases
- Strategic intelligence including writing exclusive trend articles
- Regular guidance and advice

RESULTS

Thanks to this recurrent support, Experience Acadie has been able to exercise stronger leadership with its partners and tourism players in its field. The result is increased competitiveness of Acadian operators and the destination as a whole.
