Reliability and efficiency, two terms that define me. Because I can be trusted, I naturally take the lead in projects. I am a bit direct, which may come as a surprise. Count on me to say things.

Rigorous in everything I do, I always make sure that what I say is accurate, based on my knowledge and that of recognized sources. As the repository of this information, I gladly share it with my partners and more widely with the community. The dissemination of knowledge is an essential aspect of my practice and one of the strengths of Touriscope, as is our expertise in data collection.

My university career in tourism is an undeniable asset that continues to structure my way of approaching projects. I add extensive operational and strategic experience, acquired in several tourism sectors: distribution network, hotels, restaurants and cruises. The reality on the ground is then quite familiar to me.

Going out of the box is less natural for me because I am results-oriented, but when allowed, I love it! For our clients, I am constantly exploring new ways to achieve their goals, drawing inspiration from proven role models and leaders. I am passionate about serving tourism organizations, I feel at home and I am very proud to contribute to their success.
