Philippe Périard
Tourism Development Scout
I use my expertise in sustainable development and user experience to support tourism organizations in their development projects. My career has led me to combine strategic analysis and active listening in order to better understand people's perspectives, two levers that I use today to build solutions adapted to the needs of customers and territories.
Before joining Touriscope, I worked as a sustainability consultant in the public sector and as a consultant in sustainability and organizational strategy, in particular as a self-employed person. These varied experiences allowed me to consolidate my expertise in planning and project management, while strengthening my ability to adapt to the realities specific to each environment.
Today, I am transposing these achievements to the benefit of a field that has always fascinated me: tourism. With a bachelor's degree in sociology from Concordia University and a master's degree in management and sustainable development from HEC Montréal, I offer a global vision that allows me to effectively support tourism players. My goal is to develop realistic and sustainable strategies that contribute both to the success of organizations and to the well-being of local communities.
My reason for being
Contribute to the development of tourism that highlights the riches that are very close to us. I believe that you don't have to go to the other side of the world to marvel, discover, and grow through transformative journeys.
My approach
I combine analytical rigor and human sensitivity in order to accurately identify the needs of clients and territories.
What they say about me
