Observant and curious are two terms that describe me well. I like to understand things before getting involved: I observe. I am asking questions. I learn by myself and take my time to properly analyze the need. Not for ego reasons, but because I like to understand how “it” works.

I have always worked in the sports tourism sector, as far back as I can remember. My parents ran a sports center with a hotel, a training center and an indoor tennis club in the Laurentians and I was involved in all aspects of the business. As a child and during my studies, I did competitive alpine skiing. I now live in south-eastern New Brunswick and I am passionate about stunt flying.

My studies are in line with who I am. I studied leisure sciences at the University of Ottawa. Since then, I have held several administrative positions involving extensive work on the implementation and monitoring of processes as well as the analysis of statistical data for efficiency purposes. I am passionate about making numbers speak for themselves. Improving processes is in my DNA.

I am told “good at my business.” It's because I need to anticipate, to see what's to come. As a result, I am not always Carpe Diem, but I am working on it. I compensate for this hyper-Cartesian side by a highly developed ability to put myself in the shoes of others and in their shoes, to adapt my behavior, my speech and my way of thinking in order to be empathetic with my interlocutor. Life taught me to never judge, and I thank her.
